Salon des Arts (Temporary Exhibition Program)
Join Linearis Institute® / Prints&Drawings™ each week for an elegant and engrossing Fine Art event offering an innovative approach to connoisseurship. Reviving a gracious old-world tradition, Linearis Institute is pleased to host regular Salons des Arts—intimate gatherings that provide a venue for conversations about art.
The centerpiece of each Salon des Arts is a specially selected exhibition, installed by our trained art handlers and staffed by experienced art advisors. The Linearis collection of works on paper is the cornerstone of every exhibition, whether it is organized by theme or genre or by artist or atelier. Drawing on a wide-ranging collection of art that spans five centuries worldwide, each exhibition captivates the senses and creates a truly memorable experience.
Art and Appreciation
From conception to set-up and management, each Salon des Arts is a turn-key program that can enhance and enrich any public or private facility. A vibrant addition to a lobby or meeting room, a Salon des Arts exhibition creates an ambiance of cultural sophistication.
Art advisors walk each guest through the exhibition, providing informal lessons in art history for participants as they browse the collection. For those who wish to learn more, informational “art cards” explain important points about each work of art.
Art displayed in the exhibition is available for purchase through silent auction.
